How do I track my order?
To track your order, please visit our "track your order" page & paste your tracking number into the available box. Your order's location will then be revealed with an estimated time of arrival.
How to I request for a refund or exchange?
We currently have a 14-day return and exchange policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. Additionally, you will require a receipt or other documentation of your purchase as proof of it. Our products are checked for flaws or defects before delivery, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for items that have flaws or damage. Please make sure you have chosen the correct option that is appropriate for you because some of our products come in a variety of different colours and sizes.

Once we've received and examined your return, a member of our staff will let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, a refund will be made automatically using your original payment method. Please keep in mind that this procedure may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund, as may the posting of the refund.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently only deliver to the UK & USA, however we are working on shipping to multiple other countries very soon!
